Spend a night relaxing by the sea with a coastal escape at award-winning The Lugger Hotel. Surrounded by some of the idyllic cliffs and headlands that make up the Cornish Coastal Footpath, this characterful Portloe bolthole is the perfect place to enjoy Cornwall.
Recognised as one of the finest seaside hotels around, the hotel is ideally located to serve as a base to explore the Roseland Peninsula. Within striking distance can be found Falmouth’s National Maritime Museum, the Eden Project and the distinctive Mevagissey fishing village.
If you’d rather hole up in the hotel, you’ll be well set, as your bedroom boasts everything you need to be comfortable, decorated in rich Portuguese woods and equipped with deep bath and deluge shower en suites. In the morning, you can tuck into a tasty cooked breakfast each.

What happens on the day?
On arrival at The Lugger Hotel, you’ll be welcomed before being checked into your comfortable twin or double accommodation. From there you’ll be able to spend your time as you please: heading out and exploring the stunning coastal surroundings and nearby attractions, or relaxing in your room.
In the morning after your stay, you can enjoy a delicious cooked breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
ou are able to book your one night break Sunday to Friday from September to June (subject to some exclusions). Saturdays may be subject to a two night minimum stay restriction.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your experience will be for one night. Check into the hotel will be after 15.00 and departure by 11.00 the following morning.
